What's NOT included
The $75/seat fee covers the operator tooling layer only — softphone, AI coaching, analytics, and compliance tools. Inbound and outbound calls consume tokens at your standard plan rate. Taalk Phone does not include call minutes, token credits, or carrier costs.
How it works
Step 1 — Purchase: Add seats from the Marketplace. Step 2 — Configure: Set up routing rules, transfer targets, and disposition forms immediately in your dashboard. Step 3 — Go Live: Our team provisions your dedicated Taalk Phone server (typically within one business day). Operators receive invite emails automatically.
