How Magic Lens works
Magic Lens is a natural-language query interface layered over your disposition data. Click the lens icon on any chart segment, type your question in plain English, and the AI agent retrieves and synthesizes patterns from your actual call records to generate a grounded explanation — not a generic answer.
Default agent
On purchase, Taalk automatically installs a default Disposition Reasoning Agent in your workspace. This agent is pre-configured to analyze call outcomes across your campaigns. You can replace it with a custom agent at any time via Workspace Settings → Agents.
