Bring your own voice — use ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or PlayHT IDs for a branded caller experience.
Custom Voices lets you move beyond Taalk's built-in voice library and use your own voice IDs from ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or PlayHT. Clone a brand spokesperson, fine-tune tone and pacing, or deploy region-specific voices — all managed directly in your agent settings. Once enabled, a new voice configuration panel appears in Workspace Settings where you can paste provider voice IDs and assign them to individual agents. Voices are validated on save so you never launch a campaign with a broken ID.

Supported providers
ElevenLabs — paste your Voice ID from the ElevenLabs dashboard. Deepgram — use your Deepgram voice model ID. PlayHT — paste your PlayHT voice ID or clone URL. All three providers are supported simultaneously; assign different providers to different agents as needed.
Validation on save
When you paste a voice ID and save, Taalk makes a test synthesis call to the provider to confirm the ID is valid and accessible. If the ID is invalid or the provider returns an error, you'll see an inline error before the configuration is saved — so you never accidentally launch a campaign with a broken voice.
